International Women’s Day

SVH celebrates International Women’s Day with great enthusiasm on March 8, every year. The event is a wonderful opportunity to honor and appreciate the remarkable achievements of women. We organize various activities, including empowering workshops, inspirational speeches, and cultural performances. It is a day filled with joy and solidarity, as we celebrated the strength, resilience, and contributions of women from all walks of life. SVH remains committed to promoting gender equality and empowering women to thrive in all aspects of life.

Teacher’s Day

SVH joyfully celebrates Teacher’s Day on September 5th every year. It’s a special day dedicated to honoring the remarkable contributions of our teachers. On this day in our organization, our team and local children engage in fun activities like cutting cakes and sharing chocolates and sweets. We express our gratitude and appreciation to our teachers for their guidance and support in shaping our lives. It’s a delightful celebration filled with happiness and respect for our educators.

Independence Day

We strongly believe in the moral and constitutional obligation to celebrate Independence Day. This year (2024) for the first time we are going to celebrate the auspicious date of August 15th virtually on our social media page. Our leaders will proudly deliver an introduction speech for this virtual program. With immense excitement, people from all over the world come together vitually to celebrate our nation’s independence. We take great pride in celebrating Independence Day, embracing its message of patriotism and progress.

Republic Day

SVH enthusiastically celebrates Republic Day on January 26th every year. It marks the day when India’s constitution came into effect, symbolizing our complete independence. We spread the message of unity and harmony, emphasizing the significance of our constitution. With great enthusiasm, we hoist flags at our trust premises, and people gather to make the event meaningful. It’s a joyous celebration that highlights the values and importance of our country’s constitution.

Netaji Jayanti

SVH also celebrates the birthday of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, a prominent patriot and freedom fighter in our nation’s history. We commemorate this day by honoring his sacrifices and paying heartfelt tribute. On this day we organize cultural programs through which we inspire children to embrace Netaji’s ideals and philosophy. It’s a day filled with reverence and teachings, instilling in young minds the values and principles championed by this remarkable leader.

Swamiji’s Birthday

SVH observes Swamiji’s Birthday every year on January 12th, honoring the great youth icon of our nation. We organize programs and events to spread the message of brotherhood and friendship among the youth in our society. Motivational speeches are delivered to inspire and empower them to work hard and achieve their goals. It is a day of inspiration and encouragement, promoting active participation and growth among the youth.

Rakhi Bandhan

Rakhi Bandhan is a festival that signifies the bond of love and protection between brothers and sisters. On this special occasion, we organize events where our team members tie Rakhi, a sacred thread,  to each other on their wrists, symbolizing our love and care. It is a celebration of the unique bond shared between siblings, fostering love, unity, and harmony. Through this festival, SVH promotes the importance of family relationships and strengthens the bond between brothers and sisters.

Rabindra Jayanti

On the 25th of Baisakh, SVH celebrates Rabindra Jayanti, honoring the invaluable contributions of Rabindranath Tagore in the world of literature. It is a day of immense pride for Bengalees. We organize cultural programs to commemorate his memory. Local children take part in singing, dancing, and recitation performances paying tribute to this esteemed figure and showcasing their talents. SVH takes great joy and responsibility in preserving our culture and following the path shown by our beloved Rabi Thakur.

World Health Day

SVH actively observes World Health Day, emphasizing the importance of good health and well-being. On this significant day, we organize various health-related initiatives and events to promote healthy lifestyles and educate individuals about preventive measures.
